XT crank

my bike currently has a slx m7000-1 crankset everything else is xt m8000. The crank arms are 175mm which is too long and I have a lot of strikes. I want to replace it with a M8000 crankset with 165mm arms. I found decent deal online for the crank arms but it says that it must use the sm-crm081 chainrings. my bike has the sm-crm70 SLX chainring. Since the bcd is the same on both cranksets, can anyone tell me if I can reuse my slx chainring?
