Chromag or Ragley?!

Two bikes on Kijiji I have my eye on. Chromag Aperture (used) for $1000 CAD or 2013 Ragley Marley (never ridden) for $1300. They seem like pretty good deals to me. Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

with that budget and the season coming to a close, you should be able to get a decent hard tail new or a killer hard tail used. I wouldn't settle for something that old for over 1K
