Some assembly required!

Nearly all the bits for a new build. I'm new(ish) to mtb so hope it works out well. I'd say it's at the edge of XC, probably down country, 120/120 sus. I was considering paint for the frame but the GF said the black is more bad ass. It's cheaper, lighter, and I don't have to worry about nicking the paint, so I went with it. Obviously will be mostly black but red accents, getting red stickers for the RS parts.

Specs:

Frame: HongFu FM-138 (Open source chinese frame, same as Ridley Raft)
Fork: Sid Ultimate
Shock: Sidluxe Ultimate

Hubs: DT240 EXP
Spokes: Pillar 1420
Rims: Lightcarbon UAD935-XC 30mm I.D.
(This wheelset will be 1350g)
Tires: Vittoria Barzo 2.35” f/r

Transmission: Full Deore XT M8100 12sp except Deckas chainring
Brakes: Bought M8120 but 4 pot caliper doesn’t fit in rear so M8100 caliper on the way
Rotors: SRAMCenterline 180/160 (or 180 rear depending on fit)

Dropper: TranzX 150mm, unknown model. Stole it off my fatty. Mechanics feel rock solid but it’s weighty at 650g. May changein the future.
Dropper Lever: Splurged and got the Shimano MT800 I-Spec EV
Pedals: M8100
Saddle: Bontrager something. Nothing special but super comfy
Stem: TBD, I have a couple different sizes to try before getting something permanent.
Bar: Toseek 740mm carbon
Grips: Ergon GA2

After all taxes and shipping, etc., it was just under $5k CAD.
