Sutmpjumper upgrade to disk brakes?

What do you guys think about buying a Specialized Stumpjumper, bringing in my own Avid BB7 disc brakes and having them installed when I buy the bike? Besides saving a few bucks (~$60) I would have an extra pair of V-Brakes... The only difference b/t the Stumpjumper and Stumpjumper disc is the BB7 brakes and the paint color. The base stumpjumper has identical components even the hubs. I can get the BB7s for around $140 for both and Specialized charges $200-

Check it out:

Cheers-

I would also have them shave off the v-brake bosses, for a cleaner look.

That would be ideal, but no. I don't already have the BB7's, but I can get a pair for about $140.
