I got an ab-workout from biking?

Yeah, I was riding with my sister last night but she was walking/running, so I had to keep it at a -sloow- pace. But I guess trying to keep my balance and having to lean over more than usual, I guess, worked my abs lol. I woke up today and they are sore. So I guess I'll be doing more riding with her

Stop changing the standard font. I can't even read your question.

Here's the deal - keep using this type of font, and you will be the first person on this forum to make it on to my "ignore" list.

Yea, I went out riding one day, mostly uphill. I woke up and my legs were legs, abs, and arms were sore (My arms because I was pulling up constantly, trying to wheelie or drop a ledge perfectly)
