Anyone have the El Camino brakes?

I just ordered a set from jenson's sale. Most reviews I've read are great cept some people say the lever reach adjustment starts to loosen after awhile. I'm not too scared about this as it has an easy 'tool-free' adjuster on it.

What has been your experience with these brakes? Any tips in installation or use?

Thanks!
