Cool Stuff

I got some cool stuff for Christmas this year. I'll be racing DH this year and my Dad(mtnbiker66) thought I might need this stuff.I got the Helmet for my birthday(I'm old enough to post now),fox Launch Knee and shin guards and 661elbow/forearm guards. I'll be getting my new Bighit in about a month. I'll post pics when I get it.I'm new here but Ive been lurking over my Dads shoulder for a while and I've been riding for 5 yrs.

Props to my Sponsor

Wow, you got hooked up, mr. DH racer boy.

I can't wait to see you take your new bike off some sweet jumps.
What races are you doing this year?

I'm gonna try to do all the Cane Creek races. That was the deal with Keith at Sycamore. He gave my dad a great deal on a bike if I would race the whole series.

Not a chance! My bud at Sycamore is hooking him up with one of the SP bighits from 04'. Its still new with a 6" fork and 5.5 in the rear and a pretty sweet ride for a 13 yr old punk. He's just waiting 'till he turns 14 so he can go to work at the shop......... then he can buy his own stuff.

It is real nice. They live minutes from Dupont and Pisgah. As a matter of fact, they have hit both sets of trails in the same day without ever getting in a car. They are able to "warm-up" their legs riding to the trails.

Right now all I get to sweep the floor and drag boxes for parts. Maybe next year I will be actually working there. Hey Mael, you need to really work on my dad about the whole Whistler Idea maybe we'll bring the whole WNC crew. Gastro, Hambone40,even Karldar could come. You guys up for it?
