I did that once, right in front of a few friends. I tried to play it off but I just couldn't do it. Once you realize that you have knocked the breath out of yourself it's hard to act "normal". I still hear about that one from time to time. I just wish I could blame this on being new to clipless. Unfortunately I can't, I had already been riding clipless for three years. That one just happened way too fast.
