I have never ridden an On One frame, but I have also never heard a negative review.

Oh wow, thank you thank you thank you! I went to their site and found the "geared inbred". Steel, and clears 2.7 inch tires and corrected for a 4-5 inch fork! That's so money! Thanks again, I at least have one fat-tire option now.
