I don't know if this has been posted yet but, a lawsuit has been filed against my state's biggest MTB advocacy/trail maintenence group. I haven't heard his side of the story since there's been little news on it here--so I'm not going to be too quick to judge, however, I am grieved that such a suit is happening. The OK Earthbike Fellowship, since they are in the midst of the suit, cannot comment beyond what's in the article, so no need to contact them (I already did) with questions.
