Try the 19" frame. I'm 5" 9 and I ride the 2005 Giant Yukon.

You should also try a 17". 19 may be a bit big for you. Usually people around 6' are comfortable on a 19. Ultimately, it comes down to what riding you are doing and what is comfortable.

Why don't you go to the shop and try them instead of relying on suggestions from people over the internet?
