I got a set to day from Performance for under $22. this is an awesome thing for my aching elbow and carpell tunnel. I am REAL happy with them so far.

I am ordering a pair of ergon race grips, but I am not sure about what size to order, they say the men's size is a little bit too big and the women's size is just perfect for a regular men's size hand.

What size do you run?

I use the mens. I have a hand that wears an XL glove. I rode with a woman this past weekend that is getting a set of mens as well even though her hand is 1/2 the size of mine because she says thats the "feel " shes looking for.
I still say they are the best non essential bike investment Ive made. they are still as good as I said before. they help my power on climbs though not until I got them adjusted correctly. everyone I know that uses them loves them a lot
