Post ride? If its right after you better chug down some water or sports drink. But after rehydrating some I would love a Ice cold Margarita (usually what I have with dinner) or my favorite drink right now redbull + jager.
When playing pool with the guys its usually jack + coke.

Non alcoholic would be Lipton Green Tea with Citrus. Alcohol would be Rolling Rock. Hard liquor would be Grey Goose.

For me, it's New Castle Brown Ale.
Or the Capn' and Coke.
Just got back from Spain and brought back a bottle of 7 year aged Cuban Rum. So smooth you can sip it, but too sweet to drink a lot of.

I'm lucky enough to live in Hood River part time, so when I get done mtn. biking I always cruise by the Full Sail brewery for whatever limited run brews they have in tap. Right now they've got a killer pilsner that I like to follow up with their equally killer ESB. Be jealous of me, very jealous.
If they don't have anything good on limited run, I'll get a pint or two of their pale, or their ipa post ride. Either that, or a bucket of Sessions. Drool....

Throw the stick!!!!
Generally my post ride drink is either water or the cytomax left over in my bottle. On the rare occasion that I do drink it will most likely be either Corona or Killian's Red.

Sometimes local to where I ride, nothing beats a Bell's Oberon enjoyed at the brewery in the beer garden.
If you get lucky you'll even get a band of kids from Western Michigan doing a poor rendition of "Road to Nowhere."
Good times. Good times.

How about miller lite?
I'm just surprised no one likes non alcoholic drinks. How about a shirly temple? Yesterday I had a blueberry/bannana smoothie with pineapple juice and ice.
