I have a hybrid with suspension fork (Marin San Rafael), but the fork doesn't seem to want to lock out 100%. Any good adjustable forks at a reasonable price? I ride all sorts of surfaces so i don't want to give up on suspension just yet, but I would like to lock it out for commutes, climbing hills out of the saddle, etc.

Something that you can adjust without getting off the bike would be cool too. It doesn't have to be some heavy duty deal, so maybe it could be a lighter one?
