Im need some gloves that offer good protection but are also cool to wear in the summer. Any sugestions?

Chiba makes a great pair of gloves with the carbon knuckle protectors. They're made of tough leather that lasts a long time and they have great vents for cooling. I use them in really hot weather no problem and they have saved me a lot of pain.
