Thorn? Tooth? Claw?

I was out biking on a trail near the Mississippi River in Coon Rapids, MN, when suddenly my rear tire was flat. After some investigation, I found this sticking through my tire and tube:





Anyone know what it is?

Front fang (left) from juvenile tawny-crested bandicoot..shed to allow larger adult fang to grow. Good thing you weren't around if it still had it's right fang.

Bikes: old school Giant Attraction MTB (where it all started),old school Schwinn High Plains MTB (XC and long ride duty), Mosh DJ3 (BMX basher), and Trek Bruiser 1 (freeride and full of mods and still growing)

Heh, if it's a tooth, that animal needs to go to the dentist! I'd be worried if my teeth were green. Definitely a thorn. A deadly, poisonous thorn.

if you cut it in half you can tell if its bone or not ,id say its a claw or some thing like that
