And all the gnarly voodoo karma that it was bestowed by its former owner.

Here is my beasty, shes 18!

1990 Mazda E2000.

Picked it up on Friday..
2.2L Turbo Diesel 4 cylinder.
2nd row of seats won't be in there for long.
New, ghetto, stereo is already half in.

Made that myself.

She's an automatic =[ Shame, i like manuals - or "stick shifts".

Parked terribly on purpose.

Cost me a whole $1200. It's in pretty good nick! Done 150 000 odd k's, 70k of those with a new engine.

Not the slickest ride, but it's going to prove very practical, it already has in fact! Practicality is a must. You can already throw multiple bikes in the back, even with the second row of seats. Eventually it will be a camper. Driving a van is a bizarre experience, but i really like it.

It doesn't have a muffler....so it gets kinda noisy, turbo diesel noisy, not hektik flutterz noisy.

cryptid01 11-15-08 11:07 AM

That's stylie! Although I suspect bike storage is not the only thing that'll be going on in the back.

That is awesome BFG. What the Big L mean on the windshield?

Side question: Are all the roads rust colored?

I'm going to try to sell it locally if I can. You interested?

ed 11-16-08 05:26 PM

Always depends on the price, but if you're looking to get out from under it before Christmas...I'd say go for it. If you still have it when I'm ready...I'll ask. The bullit has always been a dream of mine, but who knows. Next tax season, maybe I'll just throw down for a new one.

I must say though...hardtail'in has been treating me well. :thumb:

He mentioned the price to me. Sounds very, very reasonable. You might kick yourself if you don't jump on it. PM him.

Nice ride, G! You Aussies get all the cool rigs: diesel vans, Utes, etc. I kinda miss my van; great bike-hauler/flophouse/storage shed all rolled into one.

My current rig 07' Stumpy Elite; I'll more than likely get the new Epic when I return from Iraq next year.
