Nice rides, wrfixed and yugo.
WR: Which beaters did you get? Yugo: I remember when that fork came out on the market...I really wanted one. ;) |
Thanks chelboed. It's an oldie but a goodie! I actually upgraded quite a bit on mine over the years. The fork, an XT Rear Derailluer, I use Frog pedals, but the picture shows my sons' Mongoose BMX pedals. Also have a Race Face BB, Onza bar ends, and I'm sure a few other odds and ends I can't recall off the top of my head. The bike is actually a 1998, but I would put it up against almost anything! My buddy just came over with his brand new Fisher Wahooo, and now he is all disappointed by how "heavy" his is compared to mine. There was a good 4 pound difference. Easton Elite tubing is light stuff!

Yell heah, brah!!
My 1998 SS is Easton RAD tubing. As a rigid SS built from almost only spare parts...it's 22.25 and fast!! |

I've been riding a specialized hardrock since april 10th and I had put this bike on lay a way yesterday I bend my rear rim on my hardrock jumping off from a little curb so I said screw it I went and got this out of the lay a way. I can wait till I take this beauty out for a ride tomorrow, then again that's after I finish making love to it.:D:D:love: This one is always going to be stored inside of my house. :) |
