lack of punctuation and/or sentence structure shows a lack of intelligence, in my opinion. lack of capitalization does not. i simply don't feel like hitting shift.

With the matched travel with out the sag, then put in sag, the bike is going to feel awkward when riding. Having at least 10mm extra travel in the back with the sag will make for a much more balanced ride.
Rear:

150x.30=45
150-45=105

Front

140x.25=35
140-35=105

With sag set up, it's equal, how you had it:

Rear:
150x.30=45
150-45=105

Front:

150X.25=37.5
150=37.5=112.5

Which makes for a very imbalanced ride.
That 10mm difference allows the bike to ride more balanced.
i've never noticed a problem with the way my cannondale prophet rides, and it has 140mm front and rear. you are assuming that all suspension designs call for 30% sag, and that all forks call for 25%. or that frame and shock manufacturers don't take sag into account when designing their products, or even personal preference for suspension setups.

Hard to tell from the pic but are those SPDs or Speedplays?

i loved my jamis komodo fx, but if you ride it hard (and it looks setup for it) be carefull. i cracked the downtube right below the headtube. they arn't the burliest in that spot. lukily a buddy spotted it right before i did another lap through the dj's.

Fisher says 30% for the rear and fox has it for 25%for the sag on the talas in the 140 setting.

If you have paid attention to my other posts, I also ride MTB. In fact I've had more money in MTB's then what most people pay for their cars. I've raced downhill for the past three years as well.

I hate the frame with a passion, doesn't feel right. It'll most likely be swapped with a Yeti DJ.
