Bikes: Epic and Tarmac

My 07 Specialized Epic. I love this bike.

As pictured, it has an XTR cassette, CB Candy SL pedals, custom headset cap, WTB exiwolf rear tire and wierwolf front. Aside from that, it's stock.

You couldn't see the headset cap above, but here is a pic of it. This reminds me to not be stupid and also wishes me good luck in not doing this to myself again:

In Canada, we're required by law to have the decorations up for two months preceding and three months following the holidays.

What's the clearance laws for rubber like that? Here you can't have any more than a half inch sticking out from the fenders.

They have to have flares over them, and all that qualifies a flare is something to stop mud from coming up.

We usually use old conveyor belt cut and riveted around the well.

Those specialized hardrocks are nice! one of my dads friends got on for his wife, and he let me ride it. It's a nice light, solid bike.

I used to have a special ed hard rock, I loved that bike. "the Cavalier." I traded an Xbox and all my games for the bike with just enough parts to ride it home. I had to trash it because I ran 2.5 tires for a long time and didn't bother to keep the wheels true. They actually WORE HOLES in the chainstays. MOTS: keep 'em true!

Bikes: Kona Kula Primo 2007

Here's my rig, a 2008 Kona Kula Primo. Light, nimble and oh so orange. Hardtails get the job done! Perfect for the fireroads and not-too-crazy singletracks I ride around the LA area.

Rock Shox Reba Race up front, Race Face Deus XC cranks, FSA XC-300 rims. Pretty sweet little setup if I do say so myself.
