Protecting the digits

Im looking to go full finger for a pair of gloves here. I like to think of myself as an aggressive xc rider so I want some protection for the fingers without sweattin my palms off. Also, I'm a dental student here so I could use a little xtra hand protection. Im looking at the Specialized Radiator's? I was looking on mtbr and saw the fox racing sidewingers had some good reviews? Any recommendations? happy holidays

Troy Lee Designs are good, 661 Raji looks okay, hate their shoes design though, like Troy's XC glove design

Don't overlook Specialized's Team cross countries , good long wearing gloves although Pricepoints Sette7's are a great glove for the money. For "light duty" a good long wearing is Fox's Inclines,Learned the hard way about Raji's(IMO, 661=junk these days) not worth 2 pair for 10 cents, fell apart in less than a week.

I love my Fox Digits, and I've ridden in some pretty warm weather with them (mid 90's F). The backs are ventilated, but I suspect you could get a little more coolness from some other brands.

I go through gloves like nUtZ.

I have had:
2 pr of Fox Solo - Stitching came out
Fox Dirtpaw - Stitching came out
Fox Flexair - 6 mo's old...doing okay
Troy Lee Aces - Fingers fell apart
Thor Phase - 6 mo's still good
RockGardN Fate - Fell apart 7 mo's

I'm so tired of getting new gloves every time I turn around...it get's expensive.

Here's my new pair. I've never ridden them in weather over 60 degrees, but I'll bet they're a bit warm.

They are however, the most comfortable riding gloves I own. Odd, eh?

Yup...I'm beginning to see through all this marketing crap. I may get a little warmer, but maybe they'll last me a couple years instead of 7 months.
