Cane Creek Duros/Maxxis Super Tack

I finaly got out for a ride on my new wheelset and tires today. The wheels are Cane Creek Duros with Cane Creek hubs. My tires are Maxxis Minion super tack in front and LarsonTT super tack in the rear. I helped my Dad do some work for a friend who rides for CC and he gave these to me for helping him out. Its a pretty good trade for me. The wheels felt really good and snappy. My old set were pretty beat up so these are a big improvement. They are lighter tham my old set as well. They should be very durable,my friend races DH and 4x on them with great results so they should hold up well for me. I really like the new skins, very grippy. The larson rolls well but does not shed mud as well as the minion. It seems to be a good combo for the riding around here. I also picked up a new set of 661 stinger shoes. I grew out of my old ones and my Dad made me buy my own........he sucks! Here are some pics of the new wheels....

You take much better pictures than your dad does, that's for sure.
