if you don't mind standing out, the yellow with black lettering has nice contrast, looks bright and sharp.
with your black parts, you're not overdoing it. just don't get anymore yellow parts on the bike. keep just the frame yellow, get black for everything else, and your bike will definitly be a looker.
if you're not a yellow type of guy and would feel awkward riding one, then i would go for the silver with red.
the plain silver is nice too, but it's true, there are a lot of silvers out there. i'd rather have a gunmetal gray color over a plain silver.

So are you ordering it off of e-bay? The same seller that has the other three colors also has an awesome blue/white color...

Don't think I'll have much more then $800.00 into the whole bike once I get it together.
Ahh, I have never heard of the Element Disc before... I like the all black stanchions of your fork. If that Blue Giant is on the table I would say that one, as it would look excellent with the decals on your wheels. That would look mighty fine!
Plus I was really hot on a 2007 Blue Rocky Element, still am actually, but it's not to be....

Go with the most obnoxious colot combination possible and make it even better by wearing obnoxious non matching colors when you ride that way theyll be so distracted thinking about how "ugly" your setup is that you will blindside them with your sheer riding prowess and shut them all up........
