Me, and my new bike. I know the jumps aren't anything special, I'll work up to more impressive ones.

On a side note, just how big of a jump would hurt a bike like mine? (it's a Specialized Hardrock sport, with stock everything for components)

here's a pic of me hitting a nice little drop close to one of the dirt jumps i go to... picture ain't too great and cause of the lighting it's hard to see the landing, but it's a fun drop nonetheless.

One of my friends has a 2004 Kona Stinky and nothing had been upgraded. Now he has a Marzocchi Bomber on it and the reason he got a different fork is because his old one on it exploded and he got oil in his eyes and mouth and he hurt his ribs on his handlebars, it was quite something and would have killed to have a video. I will get some pictures from another biking site or just link to his album of pictures there (if that is allowed).

https://www.pinkbike.com/modules/phot...hotouserid=790

you can see the fork apart on the bike and sitting against a wall. You can also see some jumps and stuff in it. If you click the Next Page button there is more pictures of drops.

Thats ok, feel free to check out the rest of the site also! Even though it is mainly based here in Oz, most of the stuff is still relevant.

Dudes__Geof, thats bad to hear about the stinky forks, i always though they were a bit dodgy. And of course, you're allowed to post links to other sites!

Short but sweet, vid of me doing a huck (it felt like 30 feet, but I think it was more along the lines of 4 vertical feet down when I landed on the hill) off a little ramp I made. 200KB.
