I vote for the Kenny Roberts/Yamaha paint scheme:

. . . but you knew that I would

I suppose you should send this to the Dirt-House Forum.

10 minutes in that snow covered truck in your avatar? Or 10 minutes beyond Starbucks when riding your Blast?

Heh heh - I just checked Google Maps and it tells me I'm 2.9 km away. That's 6 minutes away using the station wagon.

I actually live in the city. The truck is a pic my dad took. He gets to drive around the rural areas of Quebec for work and I got him a digital camera a few years ago. He goes around taking pics of random rural scenes and I really like the pics he takes. Decided I was due for an avatar change and picked one of his.

The funny thing about Starbucks is that there aren't any close to me. In Eastern Canada they haven't sprouted as much as they have in the US or western Canada. Now if we were talking Tim Hortons or Second Cup, then yes, just as far.

I don't run in any roadie circles so what I've heard is limited to articles I've read in the paper. The articles were mainly about how this local company was making a big international splash and doing very well. The other thing was when I was in Italy last year for vacation. My wife's cousin is a roadie and he had a bunch of roadie magazines. I saw Guru well represented by the various local and regional teams.

I do work with a roadie. I'll ask him what he knowns of or heard of Guru.
