Looking for lighter 29ner tires, suggestions?

Looking to peel off my Exiwolf tires and get into something a touch lighter. Any ideas on what would be a significant switch.

off the top of me head;

Maxxis Ignitors, Kenda Small Block 8, Kenda Karmas and of course no Tubes crows.

I wouldn't run karmas or crows as everyday tires though, but thats me.

Do you want them for racing or just general trail mischief?

Nice list in the specs section of my tire site. Almost anything is lighter than the wire bead Exi (and better handling).

stans crow tire. I believe it's the lightest 29er tire by a very very wide margin.

I'm currently running Smallblock 8s front and rear, and have been happy with them so far. Soon, I'll be mounting an Ignitor up front to try. The Smallblocks can be a bit sketchy in the loose stuff, and border on being tires-o-death in the greasy stuff.

As to weight, Kenda claims 500 +/- 25g. See for yourself

Looking for general use. Being that I like to go fast, and ride on a very technical track, I would like to run something much lighter if possible. Everytime I pop that front wheel off, I just can't get over how heavy it is. I know the wheels are heavy, but the tires must be part of the problem.
