How many tyres do you own

Just wondering as I seem to have quite a few at the moment and noticed that most of my riding mates have loads too.

i assume you meant how many pairs. bontrager with heavy treads 2.5 some others..cant remember the name- too lazy to go to the garage and look, with road tread on the crown and heavy deep grooves on the edges for bumpy cornering and some really awesome kenda slicks with an inverted tread pattern for wet traction on pavement-kinda like aquatreads for cars. Ive never put road tires on my mtb, however my road bike is dead so i took it for a 55 mile trip last sunday. I still cannot beleive what a differece they made- 2 mph average increase! I was shocked. at least now I dont have to hurry to replace my road bike. Im gonna save up and buy a JAKE wheeee!

With cars, the total comes to 52 in the family. With brother and dad it comes to 105 if you don't count the wheelbarrow or lawnmower. insomnia is a bad thing.

I have, two on DH bike, two on commuter, two on roadie, a pair of racing tyres for my DH, and a beater tyre for the rear of my DH (very worn High Roller) I use this if I want to just have fun and have a loose rear end on the tracks I'm used too (know all the corners and teached howto keep control when back end is on the edge) or some fully sick skids on the road.

So that makes 9, all of which get used regularly
