Helmet, glasses, full finger gloves, SPD compatible shoes, and the same "kit" I'll wear on my road bike.

nah but really -
-T shirt or a BMX jersey
-some shorts that are not cotton
-hydro pack
-helmet
-sunglasses since the worms ate all of the leaves off the trees
-some Fox bmx gloves. wont wear the half finger ****.

I have some old Fox baggies that I got in their yard sale liked 6 years ago. I just wear those and a tshirt. I really should have more than one pair of shorts... they get really grody. I rock some sixsixone full fingered gloves and old Answer shoes that I got on clearance about 5 years ago. They're pretty gaudy but great shoes.
