LBS Rocks
Just dropped off a bike so they could measure and order new rear shock spacers. They hooked me up with a sweet loaner bike- Giant Anthem FS. It's almost 7:15 am now, time to hit the trails...

The luxury car dealers do the same thing. Take in a A4 and they'll sent you out in an A6 loaner. It's called an upsell!
Regardless, that is way cool.

I feel guilty because the bike is covered in mud and goose 5hit now. I will need to wash and reluse the chain before I return it to keep the good karma going.
