question about dirt jumping

so i was just wondering if an old mountainbike frame would suffice since im on a zero budget because of school and my liscensing test(not drivers liscense). i wonder if they would hold up, with the addition of front suspension, and a little beefier tires??
please let me know your thoughts.

Bikes: 2011 SE Old Man Flyer.

Just make sure that it has three chainrings.

zero budget = run with it till it breaks but proceed at own risk.
