Haha,

I've seen that one before. I wonder how much it costs when you bend that rotor.

I like the fact that they are trying somethign different, but man you bend that rim or tweek it...A: it has to be expensive to replace and B: it then bends/tweeks your rotor. And as iamlucky13 said it's gotta be expensive to replace that rotor! but it looks like you can mount a normal caliper and rotor on it...so that's cool.

...hell yeah. Tron is a classic game later represented by a movie or lay on the stomach electronic bikes (essentially). Pretty cool.

why put that on the back though? Stopping would be incredible with that on the front wheel.

Its a trials bike, the rear wheel gets used the most. The front tire rarely touches the ground.

Endo everytime you touch the brake levers.

The mounts for the brakes must be pretty beefy. I've heard that people who try trials with disc brakes on a normal frame can really easily tear the posts of the frame when backhopping.

Mael, I thought it was the other way. Didn't the movie inspire the games (I still haven't seen space paranoids anywhere). Anyway, that movie is the perfect example as to why you don't let EE's write movies (at least not the jokes in movies ).

It was a long time ago but I do remember playing the game on my intellivision before ever seeing the movie.

After doing a search on the web, they were released at the same time to make use of dual advertising. The game ended up producing more profits than the movie

Ahhh. Thanks.

I hear a new game is coming out. I hope they make the graphics just like in the movie. It just wouldn't be Tron if they went beyond straight line 3-D and people wearing glowing suits.

I don't know why I like that movie...maybe it's the frisbees...

Yeah the movie wasn't terribly popular at the time, but it definately landed itself a place in the 'classics' library. It's considered a Sci-Fi library essential!

I know exactly what a trials bike is. When I saw the picture I emediatley knew it was a trials bike because IT HAS NO SEAT. I know enough about trials style to know why the brake is back there. My original post was a sort of sarcastic/imaginative question pondering what a 16" rotor would do on the front wheel of said bike. It was a light hearted post, not ment to confuse or offend you.

reading comprehension > you

but none the less on the picture
