Wheel preferance

I just wanted to see what you guys would prefer regarding wheels.

I'm not talking about ultra, super duper wheels and all the money you've got. I'm talking about your looking for a good set of wheels. You come to a website, and they have a machine built set of wheels for 200, and they have hand built for 215..Now, the builder isn't a wiz like Sheldon, Young, or White, but he does a good job. Which way would you go?

You go to another shop, you pick which parts go into the wheel, it comes to 225, to get the wheels built, it costs 12.99. Same deal with the builder, not a master, but good..

I'm just looking for opinions, thats all.

Machine built suck.....and if you get an inexperienced wheel builder hand made can suck too.

Agreed, but the wheelbuilder in this case isn't inexperienced, though he's not a wizard at it, he can turn out a good set.
