FOX Transition Helmet.....

In the November issue of MBAction.... FOX has a new helmet in the preview section..... the FOX Transition. I can't find this thing anyplace. Anyone have an idea on where to find it?

looks like a helmet you would use in a war

ya... It kind of does actualy. I am having a hard time warming up to a traditional style lid. I am drawn to the skate style for some reason. Not a very popular option around here from what I have gathered. Perhaps if I hold out long enough I'll just go with a traditional lid.

The folks at FOX are pretty cool, go get there number from their site and give 'em a call. The helmet may not be listed under mountain bike gear but BMX. Also, if it was a Nov issue you read about the helmet then it might be out until next season if not the beginning of the year.

Yeah i dont like traditional XC style helmets. When i used to ride XC i wore a skate lid. They just seem to work better for me.

Now i ride downhill and have a full face to flog so well see how that goes. Yet another cool helmet from FOX though. Theyre a pretty radikool company really.

I had the same opinion too, then decided to try out the fox flux helmet. I'm incredibly satisfied with it!

I called FOX.... dirtbikedude is right.... the Transition lid isn't available til Jan 08
