ahhh The storms

Are the storms hitting anyone else?
The county RIGHT above us has a tornado right now, and where starting to get heavy rains..
I wanted to ride tomorrow, but I think the trails will be closed. ARGH! CURSE YOU WEATHER!
Just a rant... bored and wondering if anyone else is getting hit by them.

... oh yay... sirens! The city actually fixed the sirens.. they've been broken for like 5 years

Things like this could go into the General MTB thread.

Who closes trails anyway?

Oh wow.
Thats a good bit of snow.
Used to be like that in Alaska.

We just got hammered! The red from the dopplar radar passed over us, winds so strong it knocked out a street lamp.

It's not enough. It's also terrible snow. We need more on the trails, dammit.

I asked this question when I moved from Louisiana to NC. If they closed trails in Louisiana because it was wet I would have never rode my MTB. They close the trails when it sprinkles it seems here in NC. Not that I can worry about it right now though. I'm snowed in here in Wisconsin for work.

They guy with the Key to the gate....

Yea the weather has cleared up a lot since yesterday I'll give it a few more hours for the sun to get warmer and see if they indeed closed them yet or not.
