All Mountain Bike
Hey, I', looking to get a new bike, dual sus, that is light enough to use for XC but can also take a few beatings on jumps and light downhill. I suppose it doesn't have to be too strong as im only light myself but anyway, any suggestions?

Don't run red lights, wear a helmet, use hand signals, get some cycle lights(front and rear) and, FFS, don't run red lights!

Ideally no more than £1000, don't know what that is in dollars. Could possibly stretch to another couple of hundred. Thanks in advance

What is most important? Weight or toughness? That would help to know as well. On a tight budget you're not gonna get a bike thats light, pedals really well and you can beat on.

I'd say weights probably more important seeing as im pretty light so i shouldn't give the bike too much of a beating. I do aggressive XC and then a few jumps and drops but nothing too big.
thanks
