Orange????

I was flipping through a bike mag when I saw an add for Orange Bikes. They were advertising a 223 modle which looked pretty sick. Anyone know anything about this company?

Very popular english company. Race bikes only, very lightweight dh bikes. Decent looking but based on old technology, thats keeps on working. Imo, heavily overpriced for a single pivot aluminum bike. But still they have a good rep.

Mm.. I like some of their hardtails.. beefy. I like the Sub 5 too, but it's just a basic single pivot bike which probably makes it inefficient for XC type racing. Although I care less about that and more about plush travel that enhances by sketchy riding style.

U.K.based company making a good bike, but not many deals available on price. This is why they may appear to be overpriced as they obviously don't have the buying power of the bigger multiples. Quality of frame to use is good though, and the hardtail I rode a couple of months ago was excellent.
