Is there any who still makes square taper cranks? or is there anywhere I can find some?

You can still get the BB. American classic makes one along with a few others. Make sure you get the right width though...

Phil Wood still makes really nice square taper bottom brackets, and Middleburn and White Industries still make nice square taper cranks.

Yes and yes. There are still plenty of option out there, though getting fewer.

There isn't really anything wrong with square taper; works just fine for most. Still have four bikes out of six running it, and have never had an issue in 20+ years of bike play.

Most problems that arise from running square taper are from boneheaded mechanic moves.

I just bought some square taper Campy cranks for $50 (new) from a bike shop on eBay. There were others too. It may be easier to replace your BB to Octalink or the new cup and bearing systems.
