A co-worker bought a Leader frame, but hasn't built it up yet. As far as your other components, I haven't used any of the same as yours with the exception of the Deore Components. Good "Work-Horse" level components, not a thing wrong with them.
Now, your tires. I have used IRC's and don't really like them. I seem to have nothing but problems with them. I am constantly tearing off the edge knobs!
