Last attempt... need your help

I want to get back to riding, so Im making one last attempt to fix my fork.
Im willing to cooperate with you guys if you'll cooperate and be easy with me.

I have my bike torn apart and suspended in my garage, I have about 1.5 hours left to work on it until it has to be re-assembled and moved back into the house.
so PLEASE help me here

My first questioncouldnt find this in the manual)
DO I have these bottom out spacers and bumpers on right?
the plastic mushroom spacer and the rubber bumper:

Second, any other ideas to as why my fork wouldn't be adjusting right or locking out?
Im going to add some oil to it and see if that helps.

Cheeto,

Your answers are here:

https://www.manitoumtb.com/guides/For...4%3A55%3A47+PM

Look at pages 23 & 24. Looks like you have it right. For question 2 go to the Troubleshooting section (21-22) and check what they tell you to.

Nice Berber. Don't get grease/oil on it.

ok i think i narrowed down the problem..
the adjustment knob isnt mworking right i dont think.
because when i move it around nothing happens.
now, the fork compresses down to a certian point, the locks out. no matter what setting.
