Are these bikes worth it?
I have a couple of bikes I'm looking at and was wondering if they are worth the asking prices, the first is a Giant Boulder (cro-mo frame) in decent shape, needs some TLC but not too bad overall-$180, not sure of the year model. The other is a Diamondback peak that is supposed to be almost new for $100. The Giant fits me OK, is just a little bit tall for my likes but would fit with a little shorter stem. The Diamondback is a Medium frame. I know neither is a high end bike but would do if the deal was right.

Bikes: Bike list is not a resume. Nobody cares.
Last steel Boulder was a 2002; and only the seat tube was chromoloy - - the other tubes are hi-tensile steel (read: heavy) and had a rigid fork. $180 seems high to me.
If the DB has a suspension fork (Suntour?) it's newer and should be an aluminum frame, right? If that's all the case, I'd go for the DB.
