Results of first home bike shop op

Probably not major surgery for most people, but it was a big step for me. I replaced my broken chain, brake pads, grips that were damn near worn smooth, threw on some well overdue new tires, scrubbed away all the grime, and even painted my half-bare-aluminum half-scratched up black paint seatpost.

Not bad for an 8 year old bike...I don't know what I'm gonna do when its time for a new one!

My OCP side says to tell you the tires don't match, but it really does look pretty sweet.

Considering you've got a Coug avatar I'd say you're lucky you didn't hurt yourself with the tools.

Sorry, couldn't resist!
