Booties for Mountain Biking Shoes Recommendation.

I use my mountain biking shoes on my road bike, and have been trying to find a good set of booties that I can use with my mountain shoes. Most of what I see from the usual sources like Nashbar or Performance looks like it's for road shoes. The Garneau "Protect" booties looked well made but once again seemed to be designed for road shoes. Any suggestions?

I don't recall the brand but I remeber they are neoprene and very cheap. I only use them on the crappiest of rides and I picked them only because they were cheap. I wouldn't try to think too hard about this one because whatever you get they're going to get beat to hell on the trail.

He's using them on his road bike.
