Suspension Problem

I have a hardtail mountain bike with a suspension lock. I've had it locked for a couple of months. Now I unlocked it and it's not moving at all. I put oil on it hoping that it would seep in, but it didn't work. What should I do?

Bikes: [2008 specialized allez tripple], [2006 Specialized hardrock sport], [1998 Robinson Rebel], [1980's vintage schwinn ministing], [2008 specialized epic comp] - [2009 origin8 scout 29er], [2005 KHS DJ200]

i'd take it to a bike shop with a technician who knows how to take them apart. if he cant help i'd contact the manufacturer regarding the warranty.
