Seat post size for Gary Fishers.

Ok, I am really ashamed to even ask this, and I have posted this same ? in the bike mech section of this forum, with no real answer. Jenson has a good deal on seat posts, and I would like to buy one for my 2007 Gary Fisher. Can someone please tell me what size I need, width wise. I have GF bikes from 96 to 07 and all the stock posts are interchangeable for all my bikes , so im guessing there is a standard size for GF bikes. I just don't know what it is.Can someone please tell me? I would like to place a order for that and a few other parts before the end of the week.

Why not try fisherbikes.com or bikepedia.com first? Or looking at one of your seatposts for a size marking?

Did on all first. No markings on any posts. And no sizes listed on either site. Way ahead of you, hence, the reason I ask here.Looking for the wisdom of the great ones.

That's research? I think I did pull up two hardtail models, don't remember now.
