Bike Forums - Fuji or Titan ?

I'm new to bikes, I'm thinking of getting a bike through my credit card reward program. Here are the 2 choices:

I'm totally new to bike riding, this will be my first bike, I'll be riding mostly in park bike trails and sometimes in the neighborhood pavements.
