Fuji or Titan ?

I'm new to bikes, I'm thinking of getting a bike through my credit card reward program. Here are the 2 choices:

Bike USA TITAN Unisex All-Terrain Bike
This 26" all-terrain bike turns mountains into molehills. Sure it's stylish, but this bike won't back down from any trail. The dual-suspension frame and fork will give you years of great bike riding. It's equipped with top-of-the-line features, like a front disk brake for complete and steady control, alloy rear V-style brakes, alloy hubs and a 21-speed gearing system with quality Shimano components. Quick-release seat and front hub keep it safe and secure, too.

It doesn't say what model, but I did some research online, I think this is TITAN Glacier All-Terrain, it has front and rear suspension.

Another choice is

Fuji Mountain Bike
Uphills, downhills, twisted turns, potholes, stones and boulders. None are even minor annoyances when you're in the saddle of your Fuji mountain bike. When you've got confidence in your machine, it's all smooth riding. And here's built-in confidence: 21-speed twist-style shifters, rugged oversized ATB frame, linear pull brakes, quick-release front wheel and seat, and a Shimano rear derailleur. Colors may vary. Assembly required. Specify men's 19" or women's 17" frame.

Again, tt doesn't say what model it is, but I found this site has the same picture and same description.
Fuji Sundance 1500FS

I'm totally new to bike riding, this will be my first bike, I'll be riding mostly in park bike trails and sometimes in the neighborhood pavements.

Please help me to decide which bike to get. Thanks a lot!!

I am surprised no one has responded to this yet. That first choice is a total piece O Sh*t If you are going to pick from the 2, and thats your only choice, the Fuji is the way to go. It is still a entry level bke, but at very least it is a decent one. Those disc brakes on the first bike are not even worth the metal they are made of.
