Definitely tilted back a bit from level. Tilted forward feels like I'm pedaling myself OTB.

Well...(not to say that it doesn't work for you)...if you look at the saddles pictured, if you put a level on them, you wouldn't find a plumb one in the bunch. Yours are slightly nose down. When you have all of your weight perched up there, I'm sure it squishes the sit-bone area down to where you have a level ride, but the weight of a level won't do crap to the foam in a saddle...and since yours, mine, and theirs are all "slightly" not level...the level theory could (at best) only get you in the neighborhood. You'd still have to adjust it for it to be comfy.

It's late...sorry for the crap grammar.

Edit: Zephyr is an exception at least to the naked eye. Those look dadgum parallel to the ground.

'Level', or 'a level', really doesn't mean much here, in my own opinion, anyway.

It may be a good place to start, but I think it always comes down to tweaking it until it feels 'right' for you. What else is there?

Mine stay low and flat for the most part. I dont spend much time sitting in the saddle anyway.

I run all my saddles with the nose tilted up a bit. Always feel like I am going to slide off the front otherwise. Voted Nad-Jabber.

You're way too late to the game.

That was already pointed about this pic about a week or so ago, and CCC had already tensioned it.

Gotta stay up on the threads, man.

lol wheeldeal this thread is about saddle tilt, please stay on topic

In that case, I like my saddle pointed way up in the sky. I have my seat slammed and show about fist full of post. When I bunny hop, I enjoy when the tip of my seat touches me violently at times.

Sorry no pictures; I'm too ashamed of my bike. But, mines pretty level. I also have it pretty low where it's pointed almost directly at the top of the head tube. Can't tell you why, it just feels right.

Thats pretty much where I keep mine but I dont like adjusting it on the trails and since most of the trails I ride require me to stand or get my butt over the tire I just keep it there.
