So...wheels

Well, after much discussion in my thread about losing bike weight, it would appear the greatest decreased in weight will come from Wheels and Cranksets.

So let's talk wheels! What's to know? I have 6 bolt XT Rotors, so I'd like to make sure the Hubs are compatible.

Right now I only have Mavic Crossride Discs which weigh in at 1905G for the pair (885g frontt, 1020g rear)

Let the discussions begin!

Sun/ringle disk o flea 1400g for the set....I just put a rear on my bike, have a straight pull 975 XTR that is wicked light on the front......
the disk o flea replaced the same rear you have (and it has a wicked click sound from the hub)

oh and go with the 2pc XTR disks.....much lighter
see sig picture for XTR front/disk)

oh oh, and go tubeless.
then we can talk cranks
