How does one know what BB bearings fit to upgrade?
Bike specs

Bearings:

The outside of the BB is ok but the bearing is rough so rather than a full BB kit which bearings could be bought? Do bike shops normally do this job? THanks

I was wondering last night if I even need a new BB, because sure it's a little rough on one side, but maybe it can be regreased. I dont know, maybe it's beyond repair. Either way it seems like you need a bearing puller tool. So can someone tell this tool what tool he needs to use?
There are diff options it seems
-pull and regrease the stock BB
-put bearings in the stock bb cartridge
-get a completely new bb assembly
not sure what to do, and the type of tool varies it seems

you can sometimes use a long drift alignment tool from the back side and tap bearings out....but a slide hammer is better.
generally, you can gently and evenly tap them in with a socket or pipe of similar OD
