Raleigh Rear Wheel Replacement
The rear wheel on my bike is bent beyond what some trueing can correct. I am in the market for a new one. This wheel goes on the back of a 1996 Raleigh M30. I have no specs on the wheel, besides the fact that it's a 26 incher. 2 questions:
1) Anyone know how I can get the exact specs for my rear wheel? The manual that came with my bike provides no such specs.
2) What's the best bet for a replacement wheel? Should I go OEM, or are there some other manufactures that you would recommend? What's the best place to buy a replacement of like-quality for cheap?
Thanks in advance!

I'd go with an aftermarket replacement vs. OEM.
I think the cheapest wheels right now are available at www.pricepoint.com
You need to know if it's a 7-speed cassette, or an 8-speed.
No biggie if 7, you'll just have to get a spacer and add it to your 8/9 speed freehub.
I've seen pairs for under $100!
